Pieri Imparato: Professional Pickleball Player on the PPA Tour

Pieri Imparato is a professional pickleball player competing on the PPA Tour in women’s singles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles. She has established herself as a notable competitor in the rapidly growing sport of professional pickleball.

Background & Career

Born and raised in Venezuela, Pieri Imparato moved to the United States in 2010. She began playing tennis at age seven, and played collegiately at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte for four years.

Imparato was introduced to pickleball in 2022 after members of the club that she coached at asked her to play. She bought her first paddle that day, and the rest is history. Within Imparato’s first year of playing pickleball, she won tournaments at the 5.0 level, and subsequently enjoyed success in singles and doubles events as a pro. Imparato holds Venezuelan, Italian, Spanish and American citizenship. She’s also the proud owner of a two-year-old French bulldog.
