Wes Burrows: Professional Pickleball Player on the PPA Tour

Wes Burrows is a professional pickleball player competing on the PPA Tour in men’s singles, men’s doubles, and mixed doubles. He has established himself as a notable competitor in the rapidly growing sport of professional pickleball.

Background & Career

Although Wes claims that his tennis ability peaked at the age of nine, he still managed to secure a college scholarship to play at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. After moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in medical sales, Wes was introduced to pickleball through his childhood friend and ATP legend, Sam Querrey. Pickleball soon became a large part of his social life, and within a few years Wes was teaching Hollywood elites and dabbling in a few professional tournaments. He has maintained status with the PPA Tour and MLP, despite not being fully committed to playing professionally. After becoming a dad in late 2023, Wes has found new motivation to put everything he has into the sport and see where it takes him.
